Faction Info!

Updates:

>You can now inspect factions! Click on any populated star system, then click on "Faction Info" to see faction info.

>Leaderboard only updates every 20 frames to be easier on the eyes.

>New generator setting: grid-loading. May slightly improve performance. 

>Bug where a faction collapsing would lead to game crashing fixed.

>Other bugs fixed as well I don't remember but they were there
